Highfalutin Catering Co. features Chef Adam Palmeno, with over 20 years experience in the industry. Born and raised in Key West, Florida, he was raised in restaurants and fisheries throughout the Florida Keys. After eventually being given the opportunity to mentor under world-famous James Beard Award-winning Chef Norman Van Aken, Chef Adam opened Barley's Station BBQ, and Private Chef Catering Company, sharing his love of food with East Tennessee. There he continued to search out the roots of Appalachian cuisine, now taking on the challenge of Highfalutin Catering Company. Our motto at Highfalutin is to present incredible food for any occasion.
